The staff helped as best they could but lacked know-how.

The remote in our room was the wrong type for ordering movies, no
order or menu button they were for basic TV viewing. They were unable to simply swap our remote for another because the replacement wasn't coded for our TV. They had us switch rooms 4 times in one night in an attempt to find a room with a remote to order movies. Once we were able to order movies, the selection was fantastic! ...read more
